By downloading or using Spygram, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1Acceptance
By creating an account or using Spygram, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2Service description
Spygram lets you track the public activity (following, follow/unfollow) of Instagram profiles you choose. The service relies on public data and on your own Instagram session. Spygram is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, and does not guarantee continued access to Instagram data.
3Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 17 years old. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
4Acceptable use
You agree to use Spygram in compliance with applicable laws and others' privacy. The following are prohibited: harassment, abusive tracking, intimidation, or any use that infringes a third party's rights. You must comply with Instagram's terms. Any misuse may lead to suspension of your account.
5Subscriptions
Full access to the Tracker requires an auto-renewable subscription, or a free unlock via referral (3 referrals = 1 free week).
- Plans: Small (1 profile), Medium (3 profiles), Big (5 profiles).
- Price: from €14.99/month, shown in the app before purchase.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation.
- Renewal: the subscription auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Management: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard end-user license agreement: Apple standard EULA.
6Intellectual property
Spygram, its logo and content are protected. No rights are granted to you beyond the right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
7No warranty
The service is provided "as is". Spygram depends on access to Instagram's public data, which may change or be restricted without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of the displayed data.
8Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spygram shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. You use the app at your own risk.
9Termination
You may stop using Spygram and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
11Changes
We may amend these terms; the version in force is the one dated at the top of the page.
